We’re looking for a Fabric Data Engineer with a talent for teaching and content creation to help career shifters transition into data engineering. In this role, you’ll design beginner-friendly learning paths, create engaging educational content, and build hands-on projects using Microsoft Fabric. Your work will empower learners from non-technical backgrounds to build confidence and skills in modern data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured learning modules and courses focused on Microsoft Fabric and data engineering fundamentals.
- Create tutorials, lectures, and assessments tailored for career changers.
- Design real-world projects and labs that reinforce learning through practice.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content is accurate and accessible.
- Update content based on learner feedback and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
- Strong background in technical writing, teaching, or instructional design.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
- Familiarity with data workflows, ETL, and tools like Power BI or Azure.
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling and DAX.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, SQL, and Power Query.
- Understanding of cloud storage systems and data architecture principles.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies and concepts (e.g., distributed computing, data lakes, and scalable data processing).
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed in new careers.
